About the President

Nate, originally from York, Pennsylvania, began his career in construction at a young age, working for his father's specialty contracting company, which ignited his passion for the industry. He attended Virginia Tech, where he earned a degree in Civil Engineering while also competing on the Virginia Tech track and field team as a pole vaulter.

After a brief stint at Bovis Lend Lease, Nate joined Regency Centers, where he dedicated 21 years to the company. He advanced from Manager of Tenant Construction to Senior Investment Manager, overseeing full development projects from entitlement through construction.
